Georgetown Hill's Darnestown Campus is located at the Darnestown Presbyterian Church on Turkey Foot Road and Route 28. GHES, a not-for-profit corporation, was established in 1980 in Potomac, and our Darnestown Campus has been going strong for five years. GHES at Darnestown serves children ages two through transitional kindergarten in a nurturing, whole-child environment that seeks to nourish each child's mind, body and spirit.

Approved as a private school under Maryland State Department of Education, Georgetown Hill incorporates play, learning, the arts and nurturing in a creative, integrated program for young children. We also offer weekly specialist classes in music, art, Spanish and sports.

Optional extra-curricular activities include soccer, art, science, cooking and gymnastics. Children also enjoy enriching field trips and in-house special events for the whole family, such as puppet shows and music performances. Our loving, well-qualified staff brings their talents and experience to the classroom every day.
